How to register my new frame?

The easiest way is to register directly from the Memoryframe. In the 'Main menu', select 'Settings' and press 'Enter' on the remote control, press the 'Down' button to scroll to 'Register your frame', press 'Enter' in remote control, enter a friendly name for your frame 'living room' via the frame keyboard, then enter your username (for returning users, use your existing username login (login for aol.memoryframe.com will work as well, for new users, a new account will be created). Then enter your password.

Once registration is complete, go to your Memoryframe.com web site account, press 'My Frames', you should see your newly registered frame, if not, press 'Refresh Frames Status' button.

How to customize my frame email address?

In 'My Frames' page, Under each registered frame, select 'Edit' button, you can change your frame friendly name, or you can customize its email address.

How to allow my friends to send pictures to my frame?

In the 'My Frames' page, under each registered frame, select 'Invite' button, enter your friends email address. An invitation email will be sent to your friend. In the email, instruction is provided to allow him/her to send email with picture attachments to your frame, and to add your frame to his/her account. In this way, you have SHARED your frame to your friends.

How to send pictures to my friends' frame?

Once you receive an email invitation, in the email, you will find your friend's frame email address. Just send an email with picture attachments to his/her frame.

Or, you can add his/her frame to your account. In 'My Friends' Frames' page, click on 'Add Invitation to Account' link, copy and paste the key in the invitation email, select 'Next' button, then 'Save' button.

How do I send pictures to my frame, or my friends frame?

Just upload pictures to your account, select the albums, select 'Send album to frame', then select 'Just send this album', select the frame(s), and press 'Send'.

How many pictures can I upload to my account?

There is no limit to the number of pictures in your account, but uploading is limited to 100 pictures each time.

What is the fee for using this service?

None. It is FREE!

How to add caption to my pictures?

In 'My Pictures' page, select your album, in each thumbnail, click on 'Add Caption', enter your caption, press 'Enter' when done.
